The user of the application (hereinafter "data subject") hereby acknowledges that they have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data concerning them at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing personal data based on consent before its withdrawal. The data subject may withdraw consent in the same manner as consent was given and is aware of their rights, which are regulated in § 19 to § 30 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll., governing the obligations of the controller when exercising the rights of data subjects.

The aforementioned rights of the data subject are further specified in Articles 15 to 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. The data subject exercises these rights in accordance with the Regulation and other applicable legal provisions. The data subject may exercise their rights against the controller through a written request or by electronic means. In the event that the data subject requests oral provision of information, such information may be provided orally, provided that the data subject has proven their identity.
